Dealfon is a wholesaler of quality goods within the mobile and electronics industry. Although our staff will do their best to check the quality of each product carefully prior to shipment, we still can not guarantee that each product is without defect and that errors will never occur.
The following is our policy regarding product returns/exchanges/replacements:
1. Products damaged during transit/delivery
For example: leather case, silicone case, plastic hard shell, cell phone housing replacement, TPU cases.
The delivery process takes a few days at the minimum depending on where you are located and it goes through a lot of places in order to get to its destination. In the process, there is a chance that your products may be damaged in transit. If some or all of the products you received are damaged, we will provide free replacements.
2. Product(s) you received do not work
For example: mobile phone LCD screen, touch screen, memory cards, cell phone.
As mentioned above, we do our best to ensure the quality of each product prior to shipment. If the product(s) you received do not work, we will send replacements with the following conditions:
(1) Non high value products - we will send replacements to you free of charge
(2) Higher-value products - you need to send us the defective products. Once we receive the returned products, we can re-send your replacement products.
3. Missing products/Inconsistencies
If any of the below circumstances apply, we will replace the products for free
1, There are inconsistencies with the invoice and the actual product(s) you received
2, The product(s) you received are not what was described on the invoice.
